Wise comments but I did touch on this in a post a few dasy back. Dilution within CER is distinctly possible but they it's a "non sequitur" of sorts as the Banks may be diluting themselves out as they will own 90.1% of the 51% of CER that is owned by CNP.
I know and understand that the effect could be nullified as they would dilute out their CER holding through CNP but then take (maybe 90%) of CER directly.....
Some might get tongue tied thinking about that one, but that would be completely usury and realistic and cynical though I am, even I don't think the banks would do that. That would just tip the scales as far as unpopularity is concerned.
But it's one to watch.
