Been on holidays most of January so missed most posts on HC. The issue of dilution could also be influenced by which banks are involved in any refinancing. The greed banks will seek to increase or at least maintain their potential ownership of this group. Whilst some banks may not worry about rolling over finance others will seek further dilution that will extend into CER assets.
