    Unfortunately, CNP directors probably thought they did a good job in the circumstances. Also remember banks control what prices they will accept for assets held in joint venture/partnership with CNP. The banks are not about to heavily discount these assets, so sales are not as simple as just selling down assets & reducing debt.
