    Does anyone know if there is a deadline when PBD needs to lock in the refinancing? The selling is continuing albeit at lower vols which suggest that if refinancing is the reason some may think that there is a problem.
    Looking to re-enter but wary as if SGB says 'no' or adds onerous requirements PBD will get hit even more.
