The MInsec assets are worthless in this climate. The merger has put CUO under the pump and they may not survive.
Seems to me there may have been a conflict of interest as many of the directors were the same for both CUO & Minsec and Minsec probably would not have survived on its own so they took advantage of the CUO cash flow and merged. The continued fall of Copper & platinum has put even more pressure on the company.
