I have recently bought GMG shares and am interested in purchasing further in the AREITS such as VPG.

I have discovered that most of the concerns we have with AREITS is the refinancing aspect.

I have been told VPG is in huge debt but i have been on their website and they seem to have solid AUS commercial property.

Can someone please tell me when their refinancing is due and how much they need to refinance, also what banks they are using if possible.

I figure with a SP of 0.05c you cant go too wrong? Hows everyones feelings towards this stock? Confident or very risky?
