    Surely it's time for governments to refine the process of NT.

    OBL has been in limbo for almost 12 months under the current procedures. That's not good enough in today's world IMO.

    The real clincher for me was the resultant judgement handed down in the Federal court.

    IMO it makes the whole existing process a complete farce.

    Time for change in my opinion.
