Mismanaged? by who?, Iran? or is Trump the only one that can 'mismanage'?
Trump clearly said that they took out Solemani to prevent a war (ie to try and prevent a war). It implies that he was planning something that if it were succesfull would leave no option but to go to war. War may still happen but they have tried to prevent one.
