I assume that "institutional investors" really means Blackrock. If so, it's good to see that they have a longer term view rather than just chasing ST share price movements. And if they do have a holding of 4%+, it's not surprising they're able to influence.

Looking forward to the annual report to see how much they really have. Given that Celtic was the largest holder with 3.5% last year, the Blackrock holding should be easily identifiable no matter what name it's held under.
