I don't think that Pooman compared the logistics of the 2 companies.
He just compared the level of service, which seems quite fair to me.
You ask good questions regarding pricing and productivity.
Regarding pricing, I think I agree with you. But they may improve their margins by extending their product offering and go into higher margin product categories.
Regarding productivity, I am not sure to agree with you.
The strong improvement of their margin during the last 18 month was, in particular, driven by the limited increase of wages vs the sales increase.
I don't think that Pooman compared the logistics of the 2...
