^Stuff this.. I am joining a class action if this is proven to be fact. I don't care how exemplary or conservative H and Magellan are.. (I bet they would be pretty peeved as well if it was true?) There are ASX rules and Corporate laws on this and this is bloody serious stuff..... I'm not saying it happened here, but in MO it's rife on the ASX I am fed up (with partic fundmangers?) getting IMO (all the time) - inside information So I am not investing any more in this stock until this is clarified. Where is the ASX and ASIC? They better not be on holidays on this?.. I don't like being foolish That's two strikes on me touching more of this one.. 1. Who are the shorts ?(why didn't I check) 2/ Why wasn;t I checking price action? Was inside info leaked? Merry xmas everyone! NA/IMO
