The board has a blank cheque to issue up to 30m shares at a discount of up to 20% from the average price of the 5 trading days prior to the issue.
They have 3 months before this window closes.
A TSX listing couldn't happen before August (3 months).
They have indicated that they intend to pursue a raising in Canada/European markets.
This is where Ian Stalker has the most experience and contacts, being a Director of a Toronto listed comany, Brazilian Gold.
Having said that, nothing can be ruled in or out at this stage in terms of how the next 3 months pans out for us.
So we can definitely not use the word "definitely" when speculating as to a final outcome here.
I am assuming we take the TSX route, it is not a definite.
