refocus on the job at hand

What a complete waste of time and money, it distracted management from the job at hand, caused further slippage in SP, wasted our valuable resources (our hard earned investor dollars!) in unproductive legal administration & red tape...what a complete waste of our money!!
Now we are likely more months behind schedule & we simply cannot afford to be.
Come on fermiscan management, shape up or ship out. Good that you had the balls to say no to this (always illogical merger), now make some focussed decisions about next steps and where you take this business.
Perhaps you have been there too long and we need some new blood to drive for the next break or key decision making.
Its a great product/technology and perhaps a new approach is needed, who knows?
But whatever you do pull your fingers out and start fighting like you mean it, that is not apparent from where I sit.
