    Todays AFR article - Tardy banks earn RBA's ire over ATMs (p56)
    "Analysis by brokerage Citigroup estimates increased competition (ie. the ATM reforms) could cost the major banks about $360 million in lost earnings" and RBA is not happy and is requesting more info regarding these technical difficulties experienced by the banks.
