My hope is that RR will expand on this topic in a Video Presentation after rolling out the PFS. This would be an ideal scenario:
1) Capex < $200m
2) Project payback < 18 months
Projects within the above parameters are quite rare. Any project with a good team behind it and a short payback period will be more than bankable.
