I'm not wanting to create any fear or anger by mentioning this however I'd like to know if any peeps here are interested in looking down the path of 'refreshing' TONs board?
The process is obviously complex and time consuming. And things get way more complex when the director(s) is / are executive (ie. employee) of the company.
I'm not by any means an expert with this process but I think we need to seriously consider our options moving forward. This year has been just disappointment after disappointment and with consideration of the COVID issues I still feel we are not where we need to be for our greater success.
Many of our peers have been prospering after they also struggled. The ability to obtain financial support for projects appears to be available for others but we appear stuck going nowhere!
I just can't understand what our people are possibly doing day to day?? That's why I feel maybe we don't have the right people (jockey) guiding us to a win!
