    To me if DERM postpones the go ahead when they make an announcement, it would just mean i can have more time to buy more shares. Unfortunately I didnt have the spare funds to do so over the past 6 months. Bad timing again :) China and Pakistan are the babies to really make this stock fly. I have faith in the technology and Cougar. But will take a little bit longer than expected.
