For those who came in late, this is what we are looking fwd to, "Upgrade to the size and status of the Sth African resource i.e. Waterberg Project"

In March CDS annc'd acquiring results from 22 new boreholes for their Waterberg asset. In addition to these they had data & analysis from 4 holes drilled by BHP in the past. They are now in the process of compiling a new JORC Inferred resource upgrade i.e. size & tonnage from information available from 26 holes. So if one knows the thickness of the seam (60m plus hopefully) & the area of the 3 blocks, you have the magic number.

    What we already know is:

    1) Initial JORC Inferred Resource is of 415mT

    2) This will increase once data is processed

    3) Tenements are located close to infrastructure & power stations (makes the dig & sell of coal very lucrative)

    4) These properties were previously owned by BHPB & BP Coal & were made available to CDS, due to changes made by the Minerals & Petroleum Resources Development Act.

    5) Project Partner is Lukale Mining Co. (30% stake)

Point no. 4 is what we badly need 2b revised in Western Australia, which would see handover of prime blocks from RIO and others to new players such as Cazaly & FMG simply b'coz not much was done as far as development goes. When u say "Develop" you are creating jobs for the locals & revenue in the form of royalty which is where Lukale Mining Co. comes in.

Back to CDS, the figure of 415 mT is what we are waiting for as revised. Note this is critical to the onward development of the overall project.

    Time to b patient.
