The statement is correct - having a job and being on the dole are not necessarily mutually exclusive as implied in the poster.
People taking cash in hand jobs and/or accept jobs which undercut those workers on contracts constructed within the IR system (possibly through ignorance of awards, entitlements etc.), undercutting workers contributing to the tax system, whilst claiming the dole at the same time.
Stupid poster IMO.
