Geeze, how come you guys get a refund so quick. Nothing in my letterbox today.

As usual, its an alphabetical mail out and the those at the back end of the alphabet get posted the second day.. go figure.

It is a real shame that we are getting a refund.

I have bought up the short fall on market at sub .30c and that is a good position to be in as ACL's SP continues to move into the .30c.

On the communications front, it is disappointing that ACL has not launched an announcement regarding the phase 3 recruitment and their up date at 15 Dec on the clinical trial website

Another lost opportunity on the Comms front for ACL.

Just imagine what an announcement that went something like " clinical recruiting phase has commenced" would do to the sp.

My patience with PS and his inability to capitalise on defining moments is wearing very thin.

Having defended PS and the team throughout the CR program, I am now taking a hard nosed perspective that includes peppering PS regarding the need for early/prompt quality communications at every opportunity.
