3b just came out. I see they snuck an extra $250,000 worth of shares in there.
Was this announced anywhere else? Who was it placed to? Was it a private placement to soph inv?
Hmm. I hope they weren't trying to sneak this past investors by linking it to the options shortfall 3b.
