Who has knowledge as to when shareholders will be receiving refunds for money they placed down for additional shares not offered by the company pursuant to the Top Up Facility under the Retail Offering.
i.e You were offered a quantity of 1,000 shares via the Retail Offering. Via the Top Up Facility, you could purchase more.
If a person wanted 2,000 more shares via the Top Up Facility but the company only allowed 300 shares. When will they be refunding the money they received for the 1,700 shares @ 0.26
