    the council is not the proper representation you mention.
    Party politics plays a role as well; and the council is dominated by Labour members that have been pushed to obstruct the conservative agenda, as a backlash to the election defeat. This council was not the result of recent elections.
    The protestors are a very small group. Indeed they have been heavily committed pushing their cause. They are absolutely not the majority.
