I am one of the shareholders that helped bail out NMS from the clutches of the bank based on an analyis of what we were told by RK during the sideshow tour.

We can always complain about CL and RK but the one constant during the period they have managed NMS has been the role of the directors and in particular the chairman. They are responsible for endorsing recommendations made by the CEO, they have the ultimate responsibility for all the key decisions including the devaluation of the shares, the exclusion of options from all the re-financing considerations,the sale of assets at worse than firesale prices, the payout of the bank and the support of the takeover bid. They should be banned by ASIC from holding a directorship in any company as IMHO they the most incompetent directors that I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with.
