My gut feeling - If they come back with an offer of anything over 5c and those involved in the capital raising will take the money and run. The rest of the holders that have been diluted and couldn't afford/stomach the capital(Titanic?) raising won't even factor in the race to get a chq as they have been diluted far to much for their voices even to be heard.
