You could be right about someone 'tooling around with the SP as someone currently has a bid in for 17000 share @ .041 and recent trade as others have pointed out have been on thin volumes.

However since the SP dropped from the 5 cent level there have been a lot of shares sold and it did drop to below 3 cents and yet we don't see many sellers at these levels.

There could some accumulation occurring in anticipation of better things to come and add into that equation that Terry Stinson picked up a few share at a 'bargain price' ???
