Bit of a grey area as to what happens if your sophisticated status lapses while you are an investor. It's more about entry. I have had a fund manager tell me it's fine, but I wouldn't necessarily trust their say so!
Regal Atlantic has been copping a hiding. Was 44% down for calendar 2016.
But then did 136.8% for 2015 ;-)
