Even if Regal short sells, it won't happen at these prices. As we know, the US patent has just announced for 150 compounds and institutional investors bought $35 million worth ATH shares at 3.7 cents. Under this scenario, there will be many buyers below 3 cents and Regal will be struggling to cover their shorts. If you expect Regal to short sell now up to 2 cents and below, you are dreaming. If ATH reaches 6-7 cents, then it is a different story.
