Regal Funds increased their shareholding in X64, page-3

I.have been emailing X64 for 3 weeks with no reply. I replied to the recent email regarding share certs and their reply was ridiculous. A snid bit of my subsequent reply follows.

we need to take a stand against the board and management from a united stance.

can anyone suggest a way we can get together, perhaps on a WhatsApp group chat or any other way. I have had difficulty getting onto this HC thread and worry that I might lose contact with our fellow SHs.

I don't mean to be rude but how ridiculous that your security protocols would restrict email from a Yahoo address. Even more so when your recent IR email blast delivered to my very same Yahoo email address.

Alas I'm not surprised as our Company has repeatedly demonstrated to us shareholders that it certainly lacks security especially over Tenor of our assets in the Philippines. Not to mention it's complete lack of professionalism in being able to meet requirements for and to retain our listing on the ASX.

Especially more concerning as our executives continue to receive collectively substantial monetary amounts in terms of salaries and benefits. All whilst us shareholders continue to suffer from losses on our investments into our company, with now no real line of sight to be able to recover what is left of our investments.

My Questions emailed to our Company several weeks ago and still not addressed are simple:
