LNC has around 20 times the market cap of RER at present, so $1.20 could be a starting point to aim for if the UCTL process is successful. However, it depends on how potentially profitable RER's process is compared to LNC's; if all goes well, it would be considerably more profitable, and the SP correspondingly higher. But the major unknown is the probability of success, and as a result it is impossible to say what RER's current value should be. It will be a wild guess based on the mood of the market until there is an announcement about how the tests went.
