Thought this should have its own thread so it doesnt get lost in the pile.

so i took the initiative and rang Fortis at their South Yarra hq (details on recent announcement regarding change of registered office) and spoke to Natalie the Executive Assistant who informed me that she had no current information regarding the release of the change of substantial holder notice but she did say she would enquire further and get back to me with more information.

Anyone else who has an inquiry should feel free to contact them directly.

update: as i was typing i got a call back from Natalie and she explained that the company has not yet received the change of substantial holder form from the purchaser of the shares and she also clarified that it is the responsibility of the share holder to fill in that form and send it to the company who then pass it on to the ASX.
