Regarding CR

I posted about this before however I had the wrong date.

Chapmans used up all of its capacity to undertake any further capital raisings on the 20th July, 2015

This therefore means that a capital raising CAN NOT be undertaken until the 20th July, 2016.

NO shares can be issues without shareholder approval. I hope this clears the air completely on this issue.

EVEN if we were absolutely desperate, we have access to our CMY holdings for instant cash...
