I am similar to you and, in addition to my own research, like to seek the personal opinions of those on this site who are so kind enough to share their knowledge with us who are putting our toes in the water for the first time or are just starting.

It is great to have a site such as this one where, after working out who are the guys/girls who know their stuff, you can watch the informative views to either confirm your own research or add to what you already have.

Keep asking the questions and I am sure you will get the help or at least get guided to the right place to find the info you need. I certainly will.
