Unclear as to whom the issue is directed - option holders or shareholders.
Who is this company that they propose to place 50m options to? why? Very very odd. Virtually cedes control to an unknown company - who controls it etc etc....
No such Australian company it appears from ASIC search though there is an Exchange Minerals Pty Limited....incorporated last July!
Very amateur effort from CTS management in my opinion.
