What is the chance that if the SP starts making real gains that PDN will make a placement? The recent $190m from CNNC for a quarter of LHM is only a dent in their $590m-ish debt.
They also have negative operational cash flow - I think the worst to date so far. And they made that $200M deal which means they have to provide 13.73mlb U from 2019 to 2024 which works out to $14/lb - showing they are desperate for cash in the short term.
I'd be interested to hear cases in both direction - that they will or won't do a CR this year. Or at what price it would become too tempting to do one?
