    given NEO's earlier prospects, given where it is, given what progress it is supposed to have made, and given Kain's alacrity in answering emails - NEO has to be awarded the MOST DISAPPOINTING STOCK OF THE YEAR. There are plenty of others which have been duds, but mostly expected, NEO really has no excuses.
