Regener8 has been spun out from GTI Resources (GTR.ASX) to focus on its Kookynie Gold Project in Western Australia.

Regener8's tenements contain historic high-grade results (including 2m @ 70.5g/t) and has identified targets to immediately drill on its under-explored tenements.

Regener8 will have an Enterprise Value of $1.7m. Regener8 land package is surrounded by active explorers Genesis Minerals, Iris Metals, Metalcity, and Carnavale Resources.
