bioreactors are not a simple plug and play solution ... so it's not just a matter of acquiring them.
MSB will basically be setting up a totally new manufacturing process, which take a lot of time to get right to ensure they get high yield, high quality consistent batch to batch consistency... unfortunately that is going to take some time... but funding can definitely speed up that process.
