Session 5 I think from memory is worth a listen. Got some interesting things in there. One intriguing comment from the FDA dude about looking for success 5 to 10 not next year. The overall sentiment was that there are good and bad guys in this space and MSB are the pioneering good guys, not the backyard hacks.
The manufacturing one from memory had something about another couple of phase 3 trials on existing trials ( didn't hear it correctly so would love to hear it again.)
I also posted a question to John (meso vp of production) but they asked Jon (another company) about the bioreactors so unfortunately, Jon answered instead of John.
