They are both treating with MSC's - it's just that regenexx are using your own MSC's not a donors. They are also hoping that this will allow them to bypass regulatory constraints - but it they appear to be hitting headwinds. That aside - they may actually be onto something. Can I get further informative biotech responses to their MSC treatments?
