Once again a good post by you, but you haven't changed my view on things. As you say, we are all entitled to our opinions. All that I would like at present is a true, full and frank disclosure from BCI of what is really going on. Surely a EGM could be called upon to answer all these issues. Even a letter from the Co advising which parts of the Article were inaccurate and which were true
I am still of the view that if BCI was so adamant that the article was wrong / inaccurate in so many ways, then further action should have been taken out by them to resolve / clarify all the "inaccurate" matters contained therein once and for all. Just to say some things were wrong doesn't mean That "ALL" the other things/matters raised in the article were false. IMO, The limited action taken by BCI todate seems to indicate to me that they don't want to rock the boat any further for fear of what further action / investigations and revelations may come out of all of this. Such as,If there were irregular share transactions previously made to say flush out "Palmary" (ConsM), and If BCI and Regent were acting / conspiring against ConsM then I don't see that as being ethical and I don't blame ConsM "Palmary" calling in the ASIC to investigate.
To me BCI's current silence is somewhat surprising given that they always previously seemed to be on top of things . IMO, I do think that they are now running scared.
