It will happen, it is just a question of when. Moroccan Government not doing itself any favours with the international O & G community that is for sure.
Cap Raising IMO is off the table. They will let those who wish to exercise the options do so and top up the coffers until it is approved and cash in the tin.
Meanwhile time to let the non believers (and there is plenty of them selling their negative story) move on.
I am not happy with management and that IMO will flush itself out at next AGM. Those who are not performing will have to look in the mirror and ask the question...what value have I added here!
