More land is coming on stream - what will that do? Still have to build homes on this land, still have to get people drive to these outer areas. Govts and municipalities still will have their tax take - developers won't do this for charity. Bit of silly talk there mate. This hiatus will allow those who have the ability buy the cheap stuff and those who have not struggle more. Those who want won't qualify because the banks don't want to risk anything - altho they can pee billions against the wall in the USA - what will have changed Blueballs - nothing. I am as frustrated as you over this but its not the silver bullett.

Additionally if you don't believe all that look at the benefits the big borrower gets vis a vis the little guy - this is commerce whether we like it or not.
