Supply just keeps increasing all over the country whilst at the same time we have a housing shortage.

Real estate in Asutralia is now officialy a complete mess, its a shame it was ever allowed to get to this state.

I remember a complaint put to john howard about how big rises in house prices were going to cause alot of social problems etc..

His reponse " i dont hear anyone complaining to me about their house rising in price"

I also recall the housing and land minister where i live stating 6 months ago they knew there was a masive housing shortage but they werent prepared to release land because they were more worried about house prices falling.

Australians will now pay for their greed and speculation on the need of shelter, expect big social problems at a street near you soon...
