Market sentiment certainly has everything to do with every asset class today. The big issue today is what is happening on the ASX. NAB down 12.5% at one stage - tells you something - if real estate goes down it will trail shares. Lot more resilient but not immune. Must confess though most investors in regional areas , particularly the johnny come latelys, will feel a lot more pain than those who bought in the cities - maybe with the exception of resource towns - but who knows anything now to call it accurately yet.
All I know is I wish I was more cashed up for the bargains will appear soon be it on the ASX or the real estate market.
