Methinks anyone from China such is the need for this project to be completed...(just me reading between the lines of course) If there is destined to be a huge influx of chinese labour.....Ju-liar might try and hit them with a one-off carbon tax levy because they'll bring more CO2 into our atmosphere. LOL
