previous articles said it was worth $800m. now talk of $1bn plus is a turn off for me. no way it is worth $1bn when it is only 50% above japara in terms of beds. same risks re govt funding.
Japara has been stagnant since its blow-off top after listing(went as high as 2.80). now only 2.20s, and priced too high imho (per over 21). this stagnation is a cause for concern. no longer is this sector hot anymore. overseas aged care stocks Ryman and Summerset(both in NZ) are in downtrends after blow off top....
