    valuation is out. it is over priced by 15% at bottom end of range:

    1. $3.53 per share (11.8x EV/EBITDA) 21.8 PE
    2. $3.85 per share (12.5x EV/EBITDA) 23.2PE
    ebit growth rate only 3% ...FY15 forecast growth..lol

    Japara fy15 PE at ipo is 19x. Currently Japara p/e is at 22X.
