Goodnight Singa,
I understand your serious concerns about the waiver work in progress.
Waiving the established rules of the ASX by some arbitary essentially ' no vote allowed ' request, means for all intents and purposes, the favoured few rule the ASX.
We be small fry but we honestly paid for our right to be heard, and that includes having a vote whenever the rules allow. Enough of the exemplars of exclusion that be paid for by us.
I will not agree to my vote being deliberately excluded or written out of existence by anyone or by any third party backroom deal when it suits a big fish. That clearly is not in my interest as a reflective shareholder.
I will not simply roll over for peanuts after investing pounds.
My letter seeking rejection by the ASX of the request for waiver of shareholder rights to vote has been sent.
Good luck to you my dear. Hope many others heed your warning.
