Australia has just blocked India with regards to nuclear commodities trading.
We offer our U308 etc to other countries, but India has been forced out until they sign some kind of nuclear proliferation treaty aloing with the countries to whom we DO supply the commodities.
India will never sign an agreement like this with Australia nor any other country due to the potential for political/military volatility in the are and quite simply, that that means Coal Coal Coal exports.
India would most likely be next on our customer list for this very reason - i am certain enough of that through my own investigations.
